What Is the LetoGlow NICU Pathway™?
Your baby’s NICU journey can feel overwhelming — especially when every day brings new information, new equipment, and new milestones. The LetoGlow NICU Pathway™ was created to give parents clarity, confidence, and comfort by breaking this journey into six gentle, easy-to-understand levels.
Each level reflects what babies typically experience as they grow stronger: from the earliest stabilisation period, to feeding progress, to the beautiful moment when it’s finally time to go home.
Our pathway is built using real NICU guidance and the developmental milestones commonly seen in premature and unwell newborns.
Why We Created This Pathway

How It Works
Your baby moves through the NICU in stages.
The NICU Pathway™ arranges these into six levels:

- Preparation for Home

Each level includes:
- What your baby may need (oxygen, feeds, monitoring, etc.)
- Milestones they are working toward
- Signs they are ready for the next level
- What you can expect as a parent
